Refund policy

We have a 30-day conditional return/replacement policy. If you have received misprinted, damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise, claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. 

Note that our designs are based on original art in the form of acrylic paintings. You may notice inconsistencies in the design, marks or dots which may be related to the texture of the canvas of the original art or elements of the painting. These features are not considered “misprint” or defective, but rather simply part of the design.  If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for more information. We are always happy to assist.

To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must meet one of the conditions outlined above and be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a claim, you can contact us at Support@ColorMeGroovy.com. Photos will be required. 

If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first submitting a claim will not be accepted or refunded or actioned in any way.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We are currently not able to offer refunds for any reasons other than those described above nor exchanges due to issues with size or buyer's remorse etc. Be sure to review size charts and related information recommendations before placing your order. 


Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the claim was approved or not. If approved, we will get right to work on preparing your replacement order. The standard processing and shipping timeline applies, though we will make every effort to expedite your replacement order. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your claim are you are not seeing progress on your replacement order, please contact us at Support@ColorMeGroovy.com.
